Biscuits is a Kelowna based pet care company which offers high quality pet care services with a personalized touch.

The happiness and safety of the pets in our care is always our number one priority and has been since the first day of business in 2009.

Scott Bartlett

Dog Hiker, Biscuits Owner + Hiking Coordinator

Scott has always had a love for animals and grew up alongside his beloved Golden Retriever, Taegan. In 2013, Scott adopted his feisty Blue Heeler named Bandit. As CEO of playing, Bandit is a pro at making newcomers feel welcome! Scott also shares his home with a very handsome and most excellent mouser feline name Johnson. That’s Special Agent, Johnson to you 🙂

Scott has been with Biscuits since the company started in 2009 and gladly took full ownership at the helm in 2013. You will see his cheery (and bearded) face picking up hiking pups of all ages to head out into the trails for fun and playing in the great outdoors. Scott also fits right in to the surrounding trails and forests with his woodsmen look. He has actually been dubbed the “Bearded Walker” by our dog hiking colleagues and friends on the trails.

Safe

We are Pet First Aid trained and certified by DogSafe. We carry our pet first aid kit on hand at all times in case of emergency. All hiking and boarding dogs are pre-screened for group sociability. If a key is needed, all residence keys are stored in a secure location and are coded. This means the keys cannot be identified with addresses.

Trustworthy

Biscuits is a licensed business that is insured and bonded. We are one of a handful of Kelowna based companies that are permitted to hike on the trails of Kelowna and are members of the North Shore Dog Walkers Alliance professional organization.

Experienced

Biscuits has been helping out pet owners in Kelowna and Vancouver since 2009.

Health

All pets are provided with only the highest quality of treats and are receiving a full dose of high energy play and physical exertion. Owners of our dog walking hiking adventure clients frequently note a decrease in problem behaviours at home, as well as increased muscle mass and decrease in obesity issues. That makes us so happy!

Happy

We are here to keep your pet happy - TLC is always included in our services! We rely on positive reinforcement techniques to teach our canine friends. Scuffing and rough corrections are not used.
